Gin & Tonic has become one of the most popular drinks in recent years, and this workshop aims to show you how to make the most of this beloved cocktail. Throughout the workshop, we will introduce you to five different Japanese gins, which you will have the opportunity to taste both neat and with tonic. To enhance the flavors, we will also provide a selection of sushi, which pairs beautifully with the spiciness of the gins. And to conclude the evening, we have a special dessert surprise in store for you!
During the workshop, you can expect to learn about various aspects of gin and tonic, including the importance of the glass and ice, how to pair different gins with tonics, the selection of the best gin spices, and even a bit of gin history. It will be an interactive tasting experience where you can learn while enjoying yourself.

The bird ringing activities will be carried out every day from dawn until approximately 10:00 AM, and then again from 7:00 PM until sunset, depending on weather conditions. Please note that in case of rainy or extremely windy weather, the bird ringing will be put on hold until the conditions improve.
