We are excited to announce the 10th Mentőmotoros Nap, which will be a two-day celebration filled with fun and excitement. The event will take place on August 12 and August 13, starting at 8:00 AM and ending at 4:00 PM UTC+02. The location of the event is at 47.478764, 19.107928.
The 10th Mentőmotoros Nap is organized by the Magyar Mentőmotor Alapítvány. This event is a milestone celebration, and to make it even more special, it will be a two-day extravaganza. Registration for the event is open now through a Google form, and it is recommended to keep an eye on the detailed program as it will be updated.
The planned program for the event includes various activities. On the first day, participants will gather at the designated meeting point in Népliget at 8:00 AM. There will be a registration process, payment of participation fees, and the collection of lunch vouchers. After a briefing on the rules of the motorcycle tour, a group photo will be taken. The ride will begin at 9:00 AM, with smaller and slower motorcycles leading the way, followed by experienced riders and cars at the back.
A break is scheduled at 10:45 AM for restrooms, shopping, and purchasing event merchandise at Népkert in Tápiószelén. At 12:50 PM, there will be a lunch at the Tősvendéglő restaurant. After lunch, the journey will continue to Tiszakécske, where the participants will set up their tents. From 2:30 PM to 4:40 PM, there will be games and skill challenges, including a task brought by the Air Ambulance team. The day will conclude with a surprise event, followed by a raffle draw at 5:50 PM.
On the second day, participants will have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM. The morning will offer a chance for swimming in the Tisza river and the Thermal Bath, depending on the weather conditions. Lunch will be a personal arrangement, and at 2:00 PM, there will be a session called “Mentőmotoros Kerekasztal,” where the dedicated attendees will learn about the life of the Magyar Mentőmotor Alapítvány and the secrets of being a rescue motorcyclist. The event will conclude at 4:00 PM.
Throughout the event, there will be a food and beverage area available, offering roasted meat, potatoes, sausages, coffee, soft drinks, and beer. Please note that slight program changes may occur, so it is advisable to stay updated on the event’s official communication channels.

Sancho Panza, the foundation of the wandering knight’s story, symbolizes the courage to fight against disappointment faced with reality. Nowadays, people navigate through a cruel vision of the future where there seems to be no place for imagination, fantasy, and expectations. It becomes a struggle to realize an existing project that one can identify with. Life constantly imposes unusual compromises, defeats, and sorrows on individuals. Yet, with a hint of idealism, every madman can be wiser than one can imagine and discover their true essence, their existence.
The performance will feature Deák Kristóf, Horváth Bence, and Engelmann András, with music provided by montázs and lighting designed by Hepkó Miklós. The visual and costume design will be crafted by Feledi János, who is also responsible for the direction and choreography. The presentation of the show is a collaborative program held at the Nemzeti Táncszínház.
