Hagyományok Háza táncház - évadnyitó alkalom
Join us for the opening event of the Hagyományok Háza táncház season, taking place at the Átrium on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at 7:00 PM UTC+02.
Throughout the autumn season, we will be exploring the dance traditions, folk songs, and instrumental music of two villages. For the first six sessions, our excellent instructors will teach you the dances of Mezőkölpény, located on the border of Nyárádmente and Mezőség. Participants of all levels, from beginners to advanced, can experience the possibilities of dance firsthand, learn new techniques, and familiarize themselves with the beautiful melodies of the region, all while dancing to live music.

At our táncház events, we place great emphasis on dance instruction. Dance enthusiasts can learn the dances of different regions from our talented instructors over the course of several months. Each cycle concludes with a ball, and we also invite local musicians from the respective regions to perform. In addition to dancing, we also get to know the rich repertoire of talented folk singers and enjoy the energetic music of the most renowned bands in the táncház scene, ensuring a night of carefree entertainment.
We warmly welcome complete beginners and those who are returning to dancing to join our beginner dance course. In the beginner group, participants can acquire the basic dance knowledge needed to confidently enjoy táncház events.

BÜBÜKERT jótékonysági minifesztivál is an upcoming event organized by Aurevoir. This charity mini-festival aims to fulfill the wish of Bübüke™, a dear friend who sadly passed away. Bübüke™ wished for his favorite bands to come together for a festival, and the organizers are happily making this happen. The proceeds from the event will be donated to the Siklósi Örs Foundation, which holds a special place in all of our hearts.
The festival will feature live concerts and a party atmosphere both in the garden and the small room. Additionally, there will be a Bübüke™ petting station and other surprises for attendees to enjoy. The lineup includes popular bands such as Aurevoir., Buso von Kobra, Chikungunya (exclusively debuting), Dead Gray, Red Swamp, The Royal Freak Out, Szabadtéri 4akkordos Performansz (SZ4P), and Uzipov.

Join us for the 10th anniversary celebration of Túr de Rákosrendező X on Saturday, September 16, 2023! The event will kick off at 2:30 PM at Örs, where we will embark on a scenic route through the district, culminating in a festive gathering at Rákosrendező, near the recently completed overpass.
It took nine Túr de Rákosrendező events and the collective effort of all participants to make this overpass a reality. Despite hearing countless times that it would remain unfinished, with some even arguing that the more challenging it is to cross, the better, as it would discourage cyclists, the MÁV finally listened to the requests of the community.
Now it’s up to the local government of Zugló to build a proper bike lane on a 200-meter stretch of Teleki Blanka út.
