The 150-hour self-discovery psychodrama group will commence in September-October. Each session will be held on a monthly basis on a Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in Budapest. Please note that one session is equivalent to 10 hours, considering a 45-minute academic hour.
In this group, we will work with the psychodrama method, which focuses on understanding our attachments, relationship patterns, behavioral tendencies, and emotional well-being. Through interactive exercises and role-playing, you will gain insights into your own actions and reactions in different situations. You will also experience the power of the group, knowing that you are not alone and that there are others facing similar challenges. The group provides a supportive and empowering environment where you can tap into your spontaneity and creativity.
Participating in this group can count towards the 120-hour psychodrama assistant training, in accordance with the Training Regulations. Before entering the group, there will be a personal individual conversation, which is free of charge.
