The 12th Noches de Hungría Tango Marathon is set to take place from October 19th at 9:00 PM to October 23rd at 4:00 AM UTC+02. This exciting event will be organized by Noches de Hungría Tango Marathon Budapest and promises an enchanting experience for all tango enthusiasts.

Museum Visit - Fine Arts
Join us for a museum visit to the Museum of Fine Arts on Monday, October 23, 2023, at 12:30 PM UTC+02. This will be the first exhibition visit for this semester, and we are excited to explore the fascinating world of fine arts together.
The event is open to all METU students, as well as members of the METU photography, art, and Hungarian culture clubs. Admission is free, so it’s a great opportunity to immerse yourself in art without any cost. Please remember to bring your student ID card, just in case. We will meet near the entrance of the museum, so make sure to arrive by 12:30 PM.
The Museum of Fine Arts is located at Budapest, Dózsa György út 41, 1146. If you happen to be running late, please feel free to text us on any of the club’s WhatsApp groups. We want to make sure everyone can join us and have a wonderful experience.

TNDC MASTER CLASS INTENSIVE 2023
TNDC MASTER CLASS INTENSIVE 2023
Registration is now open for TNDC Master Class Intensive 2023! This three-week workshop, organized by The New Dance Center, offers dancers the opportunity to study with professionals from TNDC, immersing themselves in the world of TNDC. The workshops are open to anyone who wants to gain a deeper understanding of dance and to get to know TNDC’s directors and collaborators, with the possibility of future collaborations.
The workshop schedule is as follows:
- TIJEN LAWTON – October 23-27
- IGLI MEZINI – November 6-10
- FRANCESCA AMANTE – December 11-15
Each workshop runs for two hours a day, five days a week, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.
TNDC is offering different packages for the workshops, including one-week, two-week, and three-week options. The prices vary depending on the chosen package. In addition, participants have the option to join a Feldenkrais class every day from 9:00 am to 10:15 am for an additional fee of 7 € per day.
For those interested, there is also a combined pass available for 220 euros, which allows dancers to attend the Feldenkrais class for a total of 25 € for a whole workshop week (5 days). This fee needs to be paid upon arrival. Furthermore, an extra pass is available for 280 euros, which includes the Feldenkrais classes for free every day before the workshop from 9:00 am till 10:15 am.

The class will be taught by Marta Matovelle, a highly skilled aerialist. Marta completed her circus studies in 2019 at Espai de Circ, Valencia, and has since been honing her aerial skills at Inspiral Circus Space in Budapest. She has also expanded her knowledge through various circus, dance, and theater courses. Marta’s teaching approach focuses on the plasticity of movement while maintaining a strong emphasis on technique. She has co-founded the aerial company One Thousand Faces and has performed their show “Terra” in various countries across Europe.

Erasmus Life Budapest is hosting a fantastic event called “Erasmus Monday by ELB @Morrison’s 2 ✘ 0.6€ Beer.” This is the ultimate party for all international students in Budapest, taking place every Monday at Morrison’s 2 Club.
At this awesome event, you can meet new friends and hang out with hundreds of fellow international students. The highlight of the night is the great deals on beer. Between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM, you can enjoy a big beer for only 249 HUF, which is approximately 0.6€. Make sure to come early to take advantage of this amazing offer!
Entrance to the party is completely free if you have an ELB Card instead of paying the usual 1500 HUF fee. Just show your ELB Card at the entrance before 2:00 AM.
