TNDC MASTER CLASS - FRANCESCA AMANTE
Join the flow at TNDC with Francesca Amante! The New Dance Center is organizing a master class with Francesca Amante, a talented dancer who is also a black belt in karate. This workshop will take place from December 11th to December 15th.
Francesca has developed her own teaching method called the KADAMY METHOD, which combines contemporary dance and karate. By incorporating elements of martial arts into her dance, Francesca aims to create healthy and energized movements without pain. She focuses on contraction, expansion, speed, relaxation, and concentration, using karate exercises, stories, and philosophy to enhance the beauty, strength, control, freedom, and harmony of movement.
To participate in this master class, students should have a good understanding of their own bodies and be willing to challenge themselves, pushing their bodies to the extreme and stepping out of their comfort zones.
