While terms like SCOBIES and fermentation might initially sound complex, once you start, you’ll find yourself addicted to the process!
During the workshop, you will learn the basics of drink fermentation, experiment with different flavors, and go home equipped with the skills and a starter pack to brew your own batches of water kefir. Fruzsina will share valuable tips and tricks for fermenting at home. Additionally, you’ll get to savor some flavorful brews paired with delicious bites from The Garden Studio & Café.
