Are you ready to lace up your running shoes and embark on a jogging adventure? The Budapest Association for International Sports invites you to join them for a Jogging Challenge on Tuesday, September 3rd, at 7:00 PM CEST. The event will take place at Margaret Island, offering a picturesque setting for a 5.2 km run around the island.
Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting, all are welcome to participate. The event will include running technique exercises, stretching, and a casual lap around the island. The pace will be around 5.30 mph, but feel free to run at your own speed as faster runners can go ahead and regroup at the end of the loop.
Make sure to wear light running clothes and comfortable running shoes to ensure a pleasant experience. The event is free to attend, but donations are welcomed with a smile to support the BAIS community initiatives. Lockers and showers are available at the MAC under the Margaret Bridge for a small fee if needed.
