He curated the acclaimed Soviet photography show “Comrades and Cameras” back in 1991 and founded Verso Limited Editions in 2008, where he published renowned photography titles. Serbin’s dedication to his craft has been duly recognized, earning him the prestigious Book Publisher of the Year award in 2009. Additionally, he is a member of the Walter Williams Society and a Detroit Institute of the Arts Fellow.
