From August 25-28, Mira Intercultural Community Hungary is opening its doors wide to showcase the rich tapestry of their organization, with members hailing from an incredible 83 different countries.
As part of the festivities, there will be a special Photo Exhibition during the festival’s Opening Ceremony on September 25th. This is your chance to get involved by sharing photos from your home country. Whether it’s a snapshot of a beloved family recipe, a picturesque scene from your homeland, or anything else that represents your roots, they want to see it! It’s not about showcasing famous landmarks, but rather about sharing pieces of your heart and heritage.
To participate, you can email your digital photos to gabriella.hajdu@artemisszio.hu by September 22nd. Don’t forget to aim for the best resolution possible! If you prefer to bring physical copies, that works too—just make sure they’re in the 10 x 15 or 13 x 18 size. During the exhibition, photos from different countries will be distinguished by color-coded frames in Mira’s signature green and yellow hues, creating a vibrant display that reflects the global mosaic of the community.
The Opening Ceremony promises to be a joyous gathering filled with great company, delectable food, and even some captivating dance performances by the Sonqoy Tusuy Peruvian Dance Group.
