Participation in Craft Coding Lab is free but requires registration. To secure your spot, submit your application along with your code by September 19th. Selected participants will be notified by September 20th. Due to limited availability, not all applicants may be chosen for this edition, but fret not, as more sessions are planned for the future.

What is 5Rhythms®?
The 5Rhythms® is a dynamic somatic movement meditation that requires only a breathing body and a curious mind. Led by Gabrielle Roth’s teachings, this practice helps us connect with our authenticity, wisdom, and power by moving through the energies of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness.
About the Class
In this open class, you’ll have the opportunity to embrace your true self and connect to your body, heart, mind, soul, and spirit. Julia’s classes typically include a warm-up, sharing circle, teaching input, and exploration of the 5 energies. Every session offers a unique somatic journey for self-expression, self-discovery, and personal growth.
About the Teacher
Julia Mercurio, a certified 5Rhythms® teacher, brings over 12 years of dancing experience and a deep passion for guiding others through movement exploration. Her expertise in somatic practices and intercultural communication creates a safe and inclusive space for all participants to discover their own unique dance.
