Hey everyone, it’s time to straighten up and feel great at the Postural Correction Workshop hosted by the Budapest Association for International Sports (BAIS)! Whether you’re a digital nomad or spending hours at a desk, this workshop is perfect for you.
Join us on October 19th at La Place Studio in Budapest to learn basic techniques for correcting common postural issues and alleviating back and shoulder pain through targeted stretching and corrective strength exercises.
Your instructor, Luke Kelly, CPT and Head Trainer at Elemental Movement, will guide you through the session. Luke, an ADCC Pro Champion, Corrective Strength Specialist, and Brazilian Jiujitsu competitor, has helped countless individuals get rid of back, knee, and shoulder pain. So, you’re in good hands!
Remember to wear your usual sportswear, bring a water bottle, and avoid wearing any necklaces or rings. A suggested donation of 1500 HUF in cash is appreciated.
