Ecstatic Dance ☼ Monday Sessions
Join us for the Ecstatic Dance Movement & Expression practice led by Zoltán Kerényi-Kiss from Ecstatic Dance Budapest. This event is all about letting your body move freely without judgments in a safe and welcoming space. No dance experience or partner is needed! The class includes a physical and energetic warm-up, body awareness exercises, and tools to cultivate mindfulness, harmony, and deep joy through movement.
The session will take place from 19:00 to 21:00 at the Budapest College of Contemporary Dance, Big Studio on the 2nd floor. The address is Perc u. 2., Budapest. Remember to arrive 10 minutes early to settle in!
Admission is 5000 HUF, and there is also a 5-day pass available for 20,000 HUF, valid for two months for all Ecstatic Dance Budapest events on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Ecstatic Dance is not a party or therapy session. It’s a dedicated practice for movement and embodiment where you can freely express yourself and explore new ways of dancing. It’s not about being “cool” or trying to impress others—it’s about being authentic and true to yourself in a supportive community.
